Are there any single dads who have used a 'good' lawyer (legal aid grant) for access

to children? I am at wits end almost, After two lawyers who have taken on my case, one I sacked because of inaction and the other today pulling out "because the legal aid grant will not cover the volume of the case" my legal aid grant has a transfer but I want to find a lawyer who actually 'cares' or at the very least will take time to get the matter to court. I have been in my daughter life for the most part of her three years here and have been denied access by the mother since reporting the mother for instances of child abuse. Some witnessed and recorded on file by police. Are there any fathers who can recommend a good lawyer they have used in Sydney before my daughter loses her relationship with her father.

I'm in Texas, so I can recommend anyone.

I can tell you what I did though.

I hired a female lawyer.

My thought process was this... "If I'm going after a bitch, I'm going to use one!"

It worked! I have full custody of my two boys!

I tried the lawyer route and spent allot of money. What I did do that finally worked was stay away from her and the kids for about 8 months, I called my kids every night,I sent birthday cards and gifts, christmas the whole nine yards.Eventually my EX wanted a life and she ran out of people willing to take my kids every weekend. My kids also started miss behaving because I was not around,I did explain to them that it was their mother was not letting me see them.Eventually she gave in on her own and let me see my kids, and actually they ended up moving in with me.Kids are not stupid they know when things are not right,I mean as parents we do try to teach them the difference between what's right and wrong. They know when things are not fair and they are being cheated out of something they should not be!
