Are there any seafood choices on the menu of McDonald's restaurants in Boston...

...other than...? ...filet-o-fish?
I will be traveling from Chicago to Boston in two weeks. I overheard a recent conversation that New England has seafood items that we do not have here on the menu in Chicago. Something with clams, I believe. Can anyone give me specifics?
