are there any restaurants that serve games meats like deer?

a friend of mine and i were talking about restaurants we would start if we reached our goals of being chefs, and i was talking about starting one that served meats like deer and pheasant. after the conversation though, i started to think that i couldn't do that since those meats aren't inspected. so, my question is, are there some places that sell these meats?
 
Yes, there are, and the meats ARE inspected.

You can't just go out and shoot the pheasant in your back yard and put it on a restaurant table, but they ARE caught, inspected and served.

There are a couple of restaurants in my town that do so.
