Are there any restaurants that serve game meat in Stanthope or the Granite Belt area?

I keep seeing mentions of game meat such as wild hare in food tourism guides, and I know that much of the game meat sold in Brisbane is hunted in the area. However, I can't seem to find any mention of game meat in restaurant menus, with the exception of quail and duck. I am only interested in game that is hunted and not farm-raised, specifically animals such as boar, deer, hare and rabbit.
