Hi, are there any reputable investors you can recommend who purchase homes? My mom needs to sell her homes soon.. She has had it FSBO and only received a few low offers..But that was a while ago...Has anoyone had experience with investors?
We did not contact a realator because she cant afford there fees. The minimum at 4% is about 10k and she needs as much as she can get...it is her home afterall..So please dont say call a realtor. They are not selling anything in her area anyways, theya re sitting like all the rest of the homes....
What else can she do to sell it? Any ideas? Thanks so much for all your help!!
ps...what do agents do to sell your home besides just put it in MLS and maybe have one or two open houses? What can they do to get buyers? Thanks
