Are there any programs abroad where I can finish off my education and then teach others English?

i'm finishing off my 2nd yr at a University in the USI'm working towards a 5-yr masters program to teach English in my state, but if there are programs where I can transfer over to some other part of the world...maybe Mideast or South Asia...to teach English as a second language w/o teaching experience here, it would definitely be better!does anyone know any such programs?thanks!
