Are there any problems with college for home schooled kids?

I wanted to be home schooled for my sophomore and junior year of high school to stay focused in school and not have all the distractions of high school. That way i can be ahead of the other students. I was just wondering if i would have less of a chance of getting accepted into a college because of that.
