Are there any other video sites besides YouTube that work with the Motorola Droid?

Just wondering if justin.tv works or something that will allow me to watch a couple of TV shows like LOST. Getting my phone tomorrow and I can't wait!

BONUS POINTS: Why does YouTube work but nothing else Flash? Isn't YouTube Flash? I'm confused...any idea when the new Flash will be available?
