Are there any mobiles that when it comes to games, it would rival PS2 Graphics?

ive got a Nokia Smart Phone, but when it comes to games, even Downloading the Game graphics look absolute Crap. I wonder if they will ever make a Phone rhat would Rival say PSP or PS2 game graphics. Wise.
