I am seeking an intelligent conservative who can explain their viewpoint to me in such a way that I feel neither maligned nor insulted in the hopes that I can understand and respect them.
Requirements for consideration:
Must be able to type coherent sentences, spell correctly, and know basic grammar structure.

I'm debating any and all viewpoints and issues, but especially interested in the mosque debate and in economic debates (taxes, etc).
Pam - this is precisely what I want. I'm so tired of children and insults. I honestly want to see some actual debate going on without a liberal calling a conservative a racist for no reason, or a conservative calling a liberal a socialist for no reason. It's very annoying.
I'm perfectly willing to change my opinion if I'm proven wrong, or if my logic does seem to be shaky (it happens, albeit rarely). But I haven't seen enough willingness to compromise on here. It's rather depressing.
