I have NO storms windows at all in my apt. I would really like to prevent the heat i will have to pay for to literally go out the window.
I have asked landlords about a month ago , and was told" we are seeing about getting them made" no info since them.
Im wondering if there are any laws in NY requiring them to provide storm windows. Id like to sound like i know what im talking about if it gets to me becoming a major pain in the a** over this. Thank you!
PS: id like a better answer than suggesting plastic and heavy drapes, thanks
