Are there any laws against this in CA?

I have a mentally unstable brother who is angry at me for our different political views. I just found out that he posted my name, address, phone # & email addresses on a public website where he told people to contact me and harass me. Needless to say I've received several emails. I'm scared for the safety of my family. I have 3 very young children. Are there laws against this? Can he really get away with this? We live in California.

Get a restraining order against your brother. He is clearly harassing you and definitely has some issues to post personal information about his sister for the world (and cyber nuts) to access.

No, that sounds like harassment, give the cops a call and have them talk to him.
