You should look around the town you live in and ask any law firms if they're willing to hire you as some sort of assistant. Or, you can see if the local government has anything for you. A friend of mine in high school worked at the D.A.'s office doing secretarial work over the summer.
If you can't find anyone to pay you, you could just ask for volunteer work or some sort of non-paid internship. Both of those would look just as good on a resumé.
