My wife has always been a heavy dairy product person. She loves milk and drinks like 3 glasses a day. She has always drank alot of milk. All of the sudden like 4 days ago she started experiencing abdominal pain, cramping and diarrhea. It gets irritated by anything dairy. Is she becoming lactos intollerant or is it because she has a type of stomach flu?
