Hi,
I have difficulty swallowing pills, especially horse-sized ones like my 1,000mg fish oil capsules. I wanted to start taking them because I hear they improve heart health, your complexion, hair, nails and overall physical health.
There have been times when I have taken other gel pills in capsules like this and simply pierced them and squeezed the liquid on my tongue. Sometimes it tastes a bit gross, but are there any health risks to this?
