Are there any good professional resume, cover letter, bio writers in LV?

I feel like my resume & cover letters need work, the information is there but it's boring and I don't know how much is marketable in my new field. Additionally, I need a professional bio for a website and don't have a clue where to start. If there's anyone in Vegas that has had positive results with a local PR/marketing/resume company I would really appreciate some feedback. Also, I am currently on a very tight budget, I'm willing to pay for quality but cost is a consideration.
