Are there any free programs for Macintosh that record audio using your built in mic?

I have a MacBook. I want to record the teacher in some of my classes because I'm bad at taking notes. Are there any programs that I can use to do this? Please include a link if possible.

P.S. I already have permission from the teacher so there aren't going to be any legal issues.
