Image stabilization is usually built into the camera itself, or in the case of some DSLR cameras, the lenses. You can't get an image stabilizer to add onto the camera.
Some video editing programs provide a certain amount image stabilization correction (for example, iMovie has that available). But once you have purchased a camera, video or otherwise, that doesn't come with stabilization, you can't add it on.
