card collector

I am looking for a way to store my large collection of cards, that are in protective sleeves/toploaders, that would survive a fire. I know I can purchase insurance or put them a safe deposit box at the bank but it is not about the money for me. I was just wondering if there was a way I could protect my life long passion from utter distruction if, God forbid, my home were ever to catch fire.
My concern is not only the card itself but the plastic sleeve and protectors that the cards are stored in. Is there a fire safe that would keep the inside temp from exceeding the point to where the plastic would melt and adhere to the cards, does such technology exist?
I also need a large fire safe, almost like a gun safe, with at least a inside area of 24inches wide, by 24 inches deep and 36 inches or more in height.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated....
