I would like to do a Bachelor of liberal Arts in France. Beginning at undergraduate level. My partner is a boatsman, so we'd like to live near the sea. My french is mediocre, but improvable, but I would still prefer to study in English. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about the universities in the areas around Nice and Marseilles? Any solid info would be very much appreciated! Thanks!
