Maybe it was the way you worded your complaint against the instructor?
Be careful not to sound too agressive like u are always angry- keep your head. Write down your complaints and edit it to sound credible.

See it the school has any kind of mediation and also contact any governing bodies like regional accreditation, dept of education and better business bureau-they might get your results of you can be a little patient
 
...on a school that I was? mistreated at? Please I just need a few advice on an issue if you could please provide email. I just need ask a few questions.
I don't plan to sue. I just simply want to know the rights and wrong limitations of student vs. school. Mistreating I mean I was ignored when I came to them for help. I was given wrong advice and more of their marketing plo when they should have been concerned about the students' education. I then filed a case with their educational services, they in turned not only kept me in the dark but ended up accusing me of bad conduct when I did nothing wrong.
