Are there any Doctors and Lawyers who still fly coach on Domestic flights?

Even though doctors and lawyers make a lot of money, are there any who feel 1,500.00 isn't worth it for a bigger seat and a sandwitch?

The majority of the seats in the front of the plane are filled with people who are on business and did not pay for the ticket themselves, or are frequent flyers and used miles or were automatically upgraded. Rich people don't stay rich by spending thousands on a slightly more comfortable seat for a few hours.
