I was told recently that if you move to Austrailia for 2 years to become a citizen you can then get your college or higher education paid for free. It seemed absurd to me and when I looked it up, sure enough I could not find any information on it. Is there any truth to this or is there any country out there whose government does fully pay for education simply by being in the country?
