I like chatting with people, 1 to 1, just for chatting. But when I search, all I come up with are sites that are pretty stupid. Chatango has a directory, no specialized chat (you have to be 13+ but otherwise there are no rules other than picture filters) and you can make a little profile, find people, talk to those interesting. I'm not looking for a dating site, just a chatting site for people 13 and up. Anybody know any good sites for something like that?
