I have a friend who's dream is to become a Chef or work in a large restaurant, but they have one problem: they have Celiac disease. Of course, in cooking school, you need to taste your food, but in large restaurants, you can rely on other people in the workplace to aid you where you can't taste the food.
As of now they are wasting their time in a job they really don't like, when they have the ability to do something they love. Does anyone know of any Celiac friendly cooking schools? (Preferably in Florida)
