I am experiencing a garnishment and low hours at work I have had a consultation with a couple of lawyers and each one recommends filing for Chapter 7. I also agree but with my checks being garnished I am low on funds and have no money for a lawyer. Are there any lawyers in Georgia that would take my case for free or at least work out a payment plan that will still allow me to file for bankruptcy and pay the lawyer over time
