Are there any Antibiotics that don't cause Anxiety?

I have had a nasty bronchitis and sinus infection that will not go away completely since Noveraber 11. I have taken a full round of doxycycline, augmentin and a half round of Bactrim. ( it caused panic attacks). Then I went on Amoxicillin and that has not worked. So on New Years eve the doc put me on Avelox. Yikes! That caused severe anxiety and for two days after that I woke up not being able to feel my upper body. I have read some pretty horrible stuff about Quinelones. I always thought it was my bronchial sickness that makes me anxious. I tend to get bronchitis a couple of times a year. But now I am realizing it is the antibiotics. Amoxicillin doesn't do it to me as bad as the others, maybe the others are stronger? But about two hours after I took the Avelox the panic attack happened. I am sort of at a loss now as doctors are not aware of antibiotics causing panic attacks. I am not an anxious person and have never had issues with anxiety. Does anyone have any advice?
 
I usually have a few sinus infections a year and what works well for me is Zithromax. My Dr. gives me the Z Pack and it's like 2 pills the first day and then 1 pill for 5 days after that. I don't get any anxiety from that medicine at all that I notice. I'm allergic to doxicyclene, I had to go to the ER, it was awful. I also can't take Flagyl or the Bactrim or whatever it is. Ask your Dr. to try the Z Pack though, I think you'll do well with it. Hope you feel better.
