Looking for an animator who can design my business mascot and collab, with me on different ideas.... Where can I find 3d animators for my business mascot kinda like the geico gecko...
 
You should post an ad on Craigs list.

There is a lot of work that goes into making a textured pose able 3d character. It is often done by 2-3 people, though it can be done by a single person, but it would take over a month. Be ready to pay good money.
