Are there and colleges that let you live off campus freshman year?

Are there any and could you name them. Im about to be a junior in highschool and im just trying to get a jump start. Ive just never really been into the whole dorm idea. yeah the parties and meeting people, thats great. Im just afraid i wont get any work done
 
community college?

could always attend a community college for 2 years to get your liberal arts out of the way (I call them the b.s. classes)

then transfer to a 4 year university when your a junior to focus on your major.

the pros of this are,
you live at home
save ALOT of money
dont waste time at a 4 year with bs classes
and just easier
 
Most colleges have dorm areas set aside as quiet floors in which there is a strict code on noises and parties and stuff.

As for living out of the dorms you may not have much luck since most of the off campus housing will have parties in them too.
