...Mexico? We need the jobs to build it and also to work in it. now that nissan and Toyota have set the market at $19 an hour you would think they would build it here.
Maybe President Obama could talk to upper management about this, we sure need it.
nAFTA has taken 26 million jobs. the north is now going through what the south went through years ago. All the small towns with small factories lost it all as they moved to "Mexico". as far as minimum wage it was $5 here in Mississippi, but in California they were paying $7 to $10. more expensive out there I guess. 6,000 applied for the jobs at the Nissan plant in Canton, Mississippi as that is an incredible wage for here.

I had assume that since the unions agreed to drop the $70 an hour, with perks included down to this amount without perks it would be to help. As someone said without jobs you have no one that can buy your product.

When everything moved those people either moved or went on welfare. It is sad that the corporations make huge profits like the mike Jordan basketball shoes of years ago. They hawked that they cost $2 a pair to make in China, but the creeps sold them for $100 a pair here, you would think they could pay a little more so people here would have a jo
