back-to-back seasons? 1996 - Andres Gallarraga (47), Ellis Burks (40), Vinny Castilla (40)

1997 - Larry Walker (49), Andres Gallarraga (41), Vinny Castilla (40)

There may have been, but I'm not sure. Obviously this happened much due to Coors Field and maybe steroids. I'm not sure if there has been though.
