Given that Mr. Bush was not impeached, he cannot be tried for the things he did in office, as elected officials are granted amnesty/immunity from criminal charges unless they are impeached, at which time they can then be tried. Sorry.

Aww... I'm so sorry that the truth hurts, but I have no love for Bush. He spent like a drunken sailor (even IF Mr. Obama is set to quadruple his worst), pushed (along with McCain and several others) for amnesty for illegal alien CRIMINALS, and violated the right to privacy by enacting laws which allowed the opening of PRIVATE emails... My point to you is this: He was not impeached, so legally nothing can be done. If you don't like it, consider attempting to amend the Constitution.
