Are the Internet business listings on BizBuySell.com legit and authentic?

By legit and authentic, I mean is the cash flow accurate as the owners claim?
What percentage of the listings are legit?
 
I have no personal experience with BizBuySell.com and I checked in Google, with their official website ;I found that there were no complaints against them....I just did a whois search using WhoisXY.com and they have hid their information using private registration. But this may be to protect the web owner from scam mails and other threats.
