Are the General Admission seating at the Dodge theatre good seats?

I want to get some good seats for a concert at the Arizona Dodge theatre and want to know if the General Admission seats are any good, and are they actual seats or just a place to stand?
 
What I like about Dodge Theatre is that anywhere in the Dodge theatre has good seats because the theatre is not too big. It's all seats too, no standing up. Who are you going to see?
