are the games on the PSN taxed?

i wanna buy two games on the PSN FFVII and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Re shelded or w/e its called i can only find the prepaid PSN cards for $20 and $50 and there both $9.99 if the games online aern't taxed than thats great cause the $20 card will be perfect if they are i guess ill need to buy a $50 card but than ill have an extra $30 and i dun think there is anything else on there i want right now
