I used a free IQ Quiz site and was told the answers would be texted to me. I entered my mobile phone number but when I was asked to send back a PIN I decided not to as that is giving them consent to charge my phone. They charged me anyway and signed me up to an on-going weekly service. It took a lot of effort to unsubscribe. I was told by my telephone company that this is a genuine service that many people are happy to subscribe to. Is this true?
