Are the ECU & TCU of Honda Accord '98 Vtec 2.0 A/T combined or integrated into 1 box?

My Honda Accord '98 model, Vtec 2.0 engine, with automatic transmission, was damaged in a flood. I'm doing the repairs on it and I've already found the ECU (engine control unit(?)) behind the radio on the passenger side. I can't find the TCU (transmission control unit or module) for the automatic transmission.
 
could be under the seat or under the carpet on the passenger floor board about where your feet would sit if you were in the seat. pull the carpet down from the top and if it there, it will have a metal panel over it. check under the seats first. also might be in the kick panel, passenger side
