Good evening everyone,
Following on from questions that I asked before Christmas about travelling to Beirut, would what is happening there now likely to affect safety in travelling there later in the year?
I had the notion of travelling there in June but may have second thoughts based on the current unrest?
What do you all think? Is this likely to be resolved peacefully (especially once the files on President Hariri's father's killers are made public) or is this likely to drag on over the course of the year?
Is the trouble confined to certain parts of the country? And are the issues likely to affect travelling to other parts of the Middle East, e.g. Jordan?
Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated!!
