Well I was trying to do live chat with them since i thought it was with people. But i am confused. Are they real or not? I was wondering since i cant find it on the internet, why not go to yahoo answers.
 
haha i tried that like a year ago i dont remember my conversation with the "beauty experts" but im pretty sure its a robot. I just remember it telling me that i was beautiful like 30 times lol
 
Why don't you ask the "experts"?

Considering it's up for many people to use, it's unlikely real people are used as it would mean that they would not be able to chat with all the people.
