which in turn, helps.."? Here's the complete sentence, "He does the opposite and creates a peaceful ambiance, which in turn, helps to establish credibility."

Are the commas supposed to be there? And do I need to add "his" after establish?
SKcave- yahoo answers said "ambience" was spelled incorrectly so I used the "a" anyway both ambiance and ambience are correct according to dictionary.com
