I joined T-Mobile this time last year, 18 month contract, 700 Minutes & unlimited txt's for £30.
Initially I had no major problems, apart from very poor or non-existent signal whilst inside the house, (I live in a major city in Scotland) When I called T-MOBILE they told me that it was normal as I was inside & the walls of the house were blocking the signal. Fair enough. But that was my last chance to cancel my contract.
Since then I have had calls cut off, due to my signal strength wildly going up & down for no reason, I.e. not moving & in open spaces.
Whilst trying to download, it never completes because it restart every time the signal is lost.
I had an entire weekend with no signal at all no matter where I happened to be, city centre or wherever.
When I called to complain each time, I was told that it was all part of normal service & I should have to expect this from time to time.
This has been the worst year of my mobile phone life.
I am counting the days left on my contract.
My advice is to avoid T-Mobile at all costs.
I can't believe that I am the only 1 having these problems with them, they just shouldn't be in business.
