I am 50 years old and at least 5 years post-menopause. I have recently been told I have: high LDL (for the frist time in my life inspite of having gone from 50.04% body fat to 28,6% and a loss of 14 KG in the past 18 months) , low iron (in spite of taking a multivitamin with iron every monring) , am tired (no sleep apeana, I exercise at the gym 3 -4 times a week with a trainer), PTSD.
My thyroid levels are okay. Could the Actenol I take for osetoporosis be causing the symptoms or is it my toxic work place somehow?

Just a question. How do you know you don't have sleep apnea? Did you do the sleep study all night? Working out at the gym has nothing to do with sleep apnea....

did your doctor do the full thyroid panel or just the basic"? That may make a difference.
