are St. Philip's Boys Choir Libera?

I recently listened to a couple of song from St Philip's Boys Choir, when I search online for info on them I get details on Libera, I've also listened to several tracks by Libera, but I can't decide if they are one and the same, anyone have any idea if St. Philip's Boys Choir and Libera are the same?
