103" with oil coolers on the newer ones, runflat tires, puck style hard bags, may or may not have ABS. Wiring harness is different to accomodate police lights. Other than that, pretty much the same thing!

I have a Police Bike and I love the bags. You can open and access them sitting on the seat.

They are cheaper and have a bigger motor, heavy duty clutch, oil cooler, and air seat...... I changed out my air seat for a Hammock seat so I can use a backrest.....

it vibrates more than the 96 and the clutch is stiffer but it feels way faster.... worth it to me

I saw a brand new police bike today at a dealer and had everything on it....lights, siren, etc. I thought it was a used police bike and didn't realize they could sell new police bikes to the public.
