Are restaurant portions getting smaller because of the Credit Crunch?

I have been out tonight and realised that food portions were half the size they normally are and restaurants have decided to put more ice in the drinks reducing liquid amounts, i have also noticed that they never give the half full can with the glass, is this a sign of the credit crunch?
 
That sounds right, and it's not only restaurants. Department and grocery stores are stocked with overpriced items that rose in price by a lot.
