3 year old LG 50 inch plasma TV won't respond to volume commands from either factory or universal remote for >2 mins after set turned on. Also, set can only be turned on by remote. Pressing power switch on chasis kills all power supply (even standby) with no response from remotes; unplugging for 5 mins resets standby. Are these 2 issues in combination possibly related to faulty power control board?
