I received a Verizon Wireless rebate card in the mail for buying a new phone. It had $100.00 dollars on it. I had used half of it to buy a Verizon Wireless mobile broadband card in the amount of $53.50. I went back to the same Verizon Wireless retailer two days later, and returned it. The sales associate put it back on the card and I even asked him if the money was back on the card and he said yes.Now when I check the balance, I find that the $53.50 has not been put back on the card yet! Whats more is that on my account under transaction history, its not even listed as a transaction pending! I know the refund was performed, I still have the refund receipt, I just want to know where the money is! When is it going to go back on the card? Is it going back on the card? I have sent two emails to CitiPrepaid (thats who issues out the Verizon Wireless rebate cards), and nothing back yet, the phone number on the back of the card is not helpful because you can't talk to a real person, plus it doesn't answer my question about the refund. Can somebody out there help me? I just want my $53.50 back.
