Are private universities elegible for us to apply for financial aid??^_^?

I'm thinking to transfer to a university after community college, i really don't know which university i want to go, but back to my question, if i wanted to go to a private university do they have financial aid???
Help me please??
 
Yes they do. They also have plenty of scholarships so apply for them. But be careful because more often than not, a private university won't accept all of your transfer credits. It goes the other way too. If you decide a semester in that you want to go to a public university, they may not accept that semester at the private one.
