im not talking about like a manger in a company because well thats not really a leader at all since that person is assigned and put there by other people. im talking about being elected from a group of 80-100 people of the same goal and like say in the same school club so being say tall, not freak tall but like near 6ft. and weight up so the person isnt skinny and the physcial vitality is athletic. would this make this person stand out compared to other people that are sloppy, fat, unathletic or just undesirable when there is an election in picking a leader even if they have similar leader qualites, even though the athletic/musclar person would have more self confidence than the competion, is it the self confidence that people see who should be more fit for an important key position in the goverment of the club when there is a general election?
