I'm recently getting ready to ship out for Army BCT on Jan 18, 2011, and after my AIT, I'll be active duty. I was just curious if it was allowed for me to bring my pet or have pets while I live on base. And please no smart ass answers...I'm 26 now and I've had her since I was in 3rd grade, and I would just feel a lot better knowing if I could bring her along with me. If not, I'll have my sister watch her, but I was just curious what the Army's rules are concerning pets on base. Thank you!!
